Meet The Manager – Raj Ayyappan

Raj is a qualified mental health nurse who has worked in the health and social care sector for over 20 years. At Ashbourne Court, where he has been manager for over a decade, Raj’s passion is seeing his team working seamlessly together to deliver the highest quality care and to fulfil the needs of all residents.

Raj has created an open and friendly environment where the caring team, residents and their families share ideas and work side by side to ensure that the lives of everyone at the home are as happy and fulfilling as possible.

Raj considers his work to be more than just a job and he believes it becomes more rewarding every year.

Raj is a father of two boys and in his spare time he enjoys photography and playing cricket.
